By creating an account or using LoomVital's Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activities under your account.
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, taxes, and trial terms will be shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel in the app store or account settings. Where required by law, we provide refunds; otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.

Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions regarding a medical condition. Do not disregard professional advice because of information in the app.

You retain ownership of content you input. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Services and as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., wearables). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Services, including software, design, and content (excluding your content), are owned by LoomVital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use them without obligation to you.
We may add, change, or discontinue features with or without notice. If we discontinue a material feature of a paid plan, we will provide pro-rated remedies where required by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, to protect the Services, or as required by law. Upon termination, your license ends; sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold LoomVital harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOMVITAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR CAD $100 IF YOU DID NOT PAY—WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; YOUR RIGHTS MAY VARY.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Saskatchewan will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a consumer protection law in your region requires otherwise. Mandatory arbitration or alternative dispute resolution may apply if we mutually agree in writing.
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails (e.g., security, backups). Marketing emails (including weekly summaries) are sent only with your consent and include unsubscribe options.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with the effective date and, for material changes, provide notice via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
